North Texas median home prices ended the year slightly higher than 2022 in another national survey. The National Association of Realtors, in its latest report, said that DFW home prices rose about 0.3% in the fourth quarter to slightly over $376,000. The residential real estate market continues to balance after a frenzy in 2020 and 2021, as home prices shot up when mortgage rates were low, and many buyers were loaded with cash.
