North Texas home prices continue to decline but remained 6% higher at the end of 2022 than December 2021. Industry analysts believe that prices for homes will stabilize over the next year as potential homeowners navigate additional inventory and fluctuating mortgage rates that have dropped in the past month but remain twice as high as last year.
