Damon's parents bought this house in 1965 and had a payment of $98/month. Damon grew up in this North Dallas house and went to Richardson schools for his entire childhood. He said he will never forget the day in 2000 when his dad was able to pay off the loan on the home. When his father passed away, he was excited to remodel the home so he could sell it to someone else who could enjoy the house as much as he did.
